Good morning Neopia, with the Altador cup in sight the markets are continuing their uphill advance, stocks have gone up slightly yet the majority of most portfolios remains in the red. However, there is a new promising stock and we weren’t off with yesterday’s predictions.

Before we dive in to Food Club coverage, one thing we noticed is that Nerkmid prices have gone through the roof. Compared to a couple of months ago most nerkmids have increased 30% in price with Magical platinum nerkmids going for as much as 230K which is an increase of 134%. Is this dramatic price hike due to players cancelling premium in response to the Neopets Metaverse continuing or is the playerbase dwindling even more? Either way for Battledome folks with premium this is great news as monthly battledome earnings can now be 30% higher as well.
Food Club results
Food Club did not dissapoint the people who played safe yesterday, bets from both JK and Nsheng did wonderfull, although the latter didn’t do well in the agressive and adventerous bets. If you had sticked with normal bets you would have made a 32:10 return which isn’t bad at all. However, Food Club fanatics are known to want more and thats why todays arenas look very promising.

Neopets Stock Market Review
Nothing much changed since yesterday’s review however it seems that MPC is bound to crash and not reach the speculated 270+ range. CYBU remains floating a little high which isn’t common for the stock, we suspect that the best thing that can happen here is that the stock buys time for late sellers.
PEOP has climbed towards 39 and went down 1 point afterwards, which doesn’t mean the stock will tumble, we still have high hopes for the stock and expect it to go into the 60 range anytime soon.
UNIB also climbed to a peak of 41 but has since than gone down to 37, we still believe it will follow its usual path of peaking towards the 70 range however.
PDSS seems to have made a recovery but we suspect that it goes the same trajectory as CYBU, giving late sellers some extra time to sell.
New to the club is TPP which managed to climb from 22 to 33 before getting back to 31, historically TPP is not a high performing stock, its average peak is 53 and the highest the stock has been in recorded history is just above 80.
Final words
As you could notice at the start of this post we talked about Nerkmid prices, we’re working on making a Battledome Jetsam Ace Price Index that predicts how much you can make by battling the Jetsame ace for a month. Afterwards we will also work on a Koi-warrior Price Index for Non-premium users. We’re just in the middle of data collecting right now.
