Altador Cup Coverage – Day 11 Mystery Island demolishes a space station, Darigan sends Shenkuu home

Good morning Neopia, what an exciting cup we have this year, although many have reported annoying captcha’s ruining their game play, at least we’re now almost certain that cheater groups stand no chance this year which is a nice thing.
So yesterday Virtupets vs Mystery Island took place and it was a promising match, whereas Virtupets was in the top 6 bracket for a long while they now had to give up their spot to Mystery Island which had a challenging start to the cup. With all of the hard challengers out of the way Mystery Island might surprise us all this year.
That’s not where the trouble for Virtupets stops though, because Moltara is right on their tail, it only takes them one more win to put Virtupets behind them which isn’t hard to imagine since in today’s matches the relatively strong Roo Island team will take it up against Virtupets. Meanwhile Mystery Island will take on the weaker Kiko Lake today which might cement their position in the top 6 bracket while Moltara will take on mighty Kreludor, which arguably might not yield good results for them but it could be.
Another very exciting match to watch today is Brightvale vs Maraqua, Maraqua is the other maritime based nation that is doing well this year and it is very likely that they studied Krawk Island closely. We expect them to put in extra effort to result in Brightvale’s first loss.
